What is the human biofield and why is it so important? This post will discuss the importance of our human biofield and our nervous system regulation.



The human biofield may have been coming up for some. Right now it is extremely important to know more about it and also how to regulate it. In short, the human biofield is: 


The unique electromagnetic field of the organism that can radiate out of the body and is termed 'aura' or 'bio-energy field'. Thus, this radiation field has the information about the individual's physiological and mental status.


Our biofield is mostly energetic, although certain type of cameras and photography are very much able to pick up on it. If you have ever had your aura picture taken with Kirlian photography, you know what I mean.


Despite us not being able to see our biofield, we very much feel it. Animals, pets and beings with instinct can easily pick up on our biofield. They also interact almost immediately and respond to a balanced or imbalanced biofield. So do humans but on am much more subconscious level. However, it does impact almost all of our interactions with others.


Our biofield is connected to everything. For example, electromagnetic radiation, your health, psychic attacks - everything. Is it the same as the aura? The aura is part of the human biofield, however it does appear that people usually define the biofield as going deeper, meaning even into the body (such as the physical body and heart). It is however all related. It is also important to regulate the nervous system together with it to balance out the biofield.


What are the most common biofield therapies?


The most common biofield therapies are:

  • Reiki / therapeutic touch

  • sound

  • vibration

  • water

  • visualization


just to name a few.


These can also put you in a certain brainwave frequency. Some people call it theta or alpha. This brainwave frequency is important to manifest things. Is it more important than thoughts? Yes and no. For sure you will have a hard time manifesting positive things when you are down, angry or sad. It's always important to get some quiet time before all this, such as clearing the mind, meditation (alone) or going for a walk, run or doing a moving meditation. (Take my manifestation course to find out more on manifesting and the power of clearing your mind beforehand.)


In order to actually think clearly we need to get away from all those busy thoughts they are throwing at us. Worries, fears, anxiety - these can be very real and are all still part of the matrix system. We need to find the deeper connection to our heart and we do that once we get out of the headspace. The head and mind are a tool of their own but it all needs to be well-balanced. You can actually change illnesses into health with it, too.
