Name one thing you are grateful for today. I’ll start with mine: Summer😁. When we are grateful, everything shifts. Sometimes it isn’t even so much about gratitude but about appreciation.


Appreciating where we are in life, the people around us, and the current opportunities at our hand. Shifting from negativity to positivity, from taking things for granted to appreciation can sometimes work wonders for our mental, physical, and spiritual health.
